Éditions Agitées is an independent, specialized publishing house with national distribution. Unlike a regional publisher, we are not defined by a territory, but by a demanding editorial line: to offer books and games that encourage movement, curiosity, sports, learning and discovery, at all ages.

We publish books on sport, sport and health, prevention, and education, as well as stories and educational tools related to passionate activities such as scuba diving, cycling, canicross, karate, and aquagym. Our catalog is aimed at those who love to understand, progress, and be amazed—whether they are beginners, enthusiasts, or professionals.

Why so much diving into our catalogue?

Because it's one of our founding DNAs.
Scuba diving embodies exactly what we love to publish: sport, knowledge sharing, technique, safety awareness, the discovery of marine life, and a strong human element. It also tells the story of a unique heritage: that of pioneering divers, sea stories, clubs, legendary dive sites… so many tales and pieces of knowledge that we want to preserve and share.

Over time, diving has become a natural pillar of our catalog — not for commercial reasons, but out of genuine passion. It paved the way for other sports and activities that we have integrated with the same energy: highlighting those who act, explore, and share their knowledge.

An independent, responsible and committed company

We prioritize printing in France and neighboring European countries, work with committed authors, and print in reasonable quantities. For every book sold, we also contribute to reforestation projects: publishing differently is also acting differently.

A national broadcast

Our books are distributed throughout France via bookstores, cultural retailers, and online sales. Although our team is small, our ambition remains undiminished: to offer useful, accessible, and high-quality content, with the same editorial standards as a large company—and the creative flexibility of a small publisher.
